    • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on bespoke or custom-made artwork, unless the item is being returned due to a fault or error on our part. This includes any art that has been commissioned or personalized to your specifications.

  3. Return Process:

    • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to a fault or error on our part.

  4. Condition of Returned Items:

    • All returned items must be in the exact condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
